Founded in 2005, STRATEGIC is a group of companies with a diverse range of activities. Initially started as a Marketing & Advertising Agency, it grown up extending into B2C and B2B services.
Momentary, the most prodigious and fast-growing division is its ERP type, its one core software solution for enterprise environment management, also used as a brand SERP.
Our success is due to a strong team and highly skilled members with based on a personal approach to most of our KA customers.

SC STRATEGIC MEDIA SRL operates in strict accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova:

- Anti-Corruption: In accordance with Law No. 90/2008 on Preventing and Combating Corruption, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward bribery, kickbacks, or any form of illicit influence.
- Data Protection: We strictly follow Law No. 133/2011 on the Protection of Personal Data, ensuring all client and user data handled during digitalization projects is processed securely.
5. Conflict of Interest
Employees must avoid any situation where their personal interests interfere—or appear to interfere—with the interests of SC STRATEGIC MEDIA SRL. This includes:
- Engaging in "side projects" that compete with the company’s digital services.
- Using company resources or intellectual property for personal gain.
- Accepting gifts from vendors or clients that exceed a nominal value ($50 USD equivalent).
6. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
Our business is built on ideas and code.
- Client Confidentiality: We protect the trade secrets and marketing strategies of our clients as if they were our own.
- IP Ownership: All software, algorithms, and digital products created during employment are the exclusive property of STRATEGIC, unless otherwise stated in specific client contracts.
